The following principles govern how walletOS is designed, distributed, and maintained with child safety in mind.
The following table summarizes walletOS's compliance posture with key child safety-related requirements.

| Google Play Families Policy | ✓ Compliant | No ads. Optional Pro subscription disclosed. Guest mode collects no data. Parental purchase controls supported. |
| Behavioral Advertising to Minors | ✗ None | No advertising of any kind exists in the app. |

| Age Gate / Parental Consent Flow | N/A | Not required for guest mode. Account creation (optional) advises parental consent for under-13 users. |

walletOS does not allow users to submit, upload, share, or broadcast any content to other users. The app is a personal, single-user finance tool. In guest mode all data stays entirely on the user's own device. Signed-in users may sync their private financial data to their own cloud account — this data is never accessible to other users or shared publicly.
Because there is no user-generated content platform, no messaging, and no public sharing, there is no vector for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, cyberbullying, or other content-related harms that this policy typically addresses.
walletOS can be a useful educational tool for teenagers and young adults learning to manage their finances. Parents and guardians may wish to use the app alongside their children to teach budgeting, saving, and expense tracking.
In guest mode, parents can review a child's app data simply by looking at the device. If a child has created an account, parents can contact us to request account deletion and removal of all associated data.
While the nature of walletOS (an offline, single-user finance app) makes most child safety concerns inapplicable, we take any report seriously. If you believe walletOS is being used in a manner that harms a child, or if you have any concerns related to child safety, please contact us immediately.
Send an email to our safety team with a clear description of your concern. We commit to acknowledging all safety-related reports within 24 hours and resolving them as quickly as possible.
For reports of CSAM or child exploitation involving our platform, we will immediately escalate to NCMEC's CyberTipline and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
We respond to safety reports within 24 hours.
